About
The International Conference on Postal Automation was founded in 1972 by the engineering and technology leaders of the national posts. Since then, participation has expanded to include the national posts and associated government agencies on all continents.
The ICPA is a voluntary association among the postal engineering community with a common pursuit of fostering innovation and excellence in postal practices, processes and technology.
The ICPA provides opportunity for Engineers and Technical representatives at National Posts to connect to each other and establish ongoing relationships.
