General Event Questions
The event is hosted in a virtual environment that allows attendees to view sessions and participate from the comfort of their own home!
We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice. If you are still having issues, please check your internet connection. Moving your computer closer to the wireless internet router or plugging an ethernet cable directly into your computer from the router can improve your internet connection. We recommend you close other browsers, log off VPN and be mindful of how many other devices are connected to the same internet connection within your space.
The password is case sensitive, please make sure you have caps lock on/off where necessary. Follow the steps for Forgot Password. If you have done this and the password is still not working, email xxxx and we will reset the password for you.
Sessions
To join a live session, please select a session you would like to attend from the Agenda tab.
During most sessions, you can engage with the speaker through Slido by submitting questions and participating in polls and surveys.
Yes. Certain sessions will be available for on demand viewing post event. You will receive an email with access details when the recordings are available for viewing. You will still need your login to watch, so we ask that you still sign up, even if you cannot attend the day of the event.
The live stream can be viewed from your phone through a browser.
It is up to your discretion and direction. Sessions are open to everyone. Networking is also available throughout the day.
Networking
Click the Networking button to request to video chat with other attendees. Consult the "My Schedule" tab, under Networking, to check if someone has requested to connect with you. Please join us at 9:00am, 12:00am, and 4:30pm EST to participate in virtual networking sessions with your peers from across the country.
