Francois Copigneaux
After his engineering degree, M. Copigneaux worked for the French Ministries of Industry and of Environment in regional and national high-level positions. He joined La Poste as junior staff member of the President’s office in 1996 and became in 1997 operations director of Chronopost, the French express delivery subsidiary. Since 2004, he was nominated Operations and Network Director of the newly created GeoPost, directly reporting to its CEO. He contributed to the construction and development of what became later the 1st parcel delivery network in Europe under the DPD group umbrella. Between 2007 and 2014, he was the Managing Director of Colissimo, the postal parcel business inside La Poste where he successfully managed the surge of French e-commerce deliveries. In 2014, he became Executive Vice President of GeoPost in charge of development outside Europe, supervising existing and new investments, such as the investment in Ninja Van in Southeast Asia. He was also a KPG board member for La Poste group, representing both Colissimo (outbound partner) and Chronopost (inbound partner). Since 2020, has been with the Parcel, mail & service division of La Poste as Chief engineering & IT officer and added the job of Vice-President for quality & customer satisfaction in 2021.

Since July 2021, Norman is a Project Engineer for Industrial Automation at Deutsche Post/DHL.

Koyrul Anhar has a degree in mechanical engineering and joined Royal Mail in September 2014 on a graduate engineering programme. He has worked extensively on Royal Mail's parcels automation programme for Royal Mail Engineering responsible for a range of integration activities during the automation commissioning as well as overseeing OEM software deployments to the parcels automation fleet.

Kouichirou Zaizen joined Japan Post in 2004 and has been involved in postal privatization and postal and logistics sales planning. He has been in charge of call center management since 2018 and has concurrently served in the Operational Reformation Division since 2019. He is driving DX by introducing new technologies into postal and logistics operations. Specifically, he is introducing an automated routing system using AI, automating the acceptance of re-delivery requests over the phone using voice recognition AI, and introducing robotics such as AGVs and robotic arms.

Motohiro Sera
Motohiro Sera has a degree in electronics and information engineering from the University of Tokyo and has extensive sales management experience related to postal and logistics at Japan Post. He joined Japan Post in 2001 as a new graduate. He was the driving force behind the development of new services at Japan Post, including the development and introduction of convenience store pickup services and post office pickup services. This was to improve convenience for customers and reduce CO2 emissions by reducing missed Yu-Pack deliveries, and the development and introduction of an e-shipping service to improve Yu-Pack and Yu-Packet delivery convenience for C to C EC. After two years of experience as a post office director, today, Motohiro is the General Manager of operational reform division in charge of planning and developing operational reforms for last mile delivery.
