October 21 | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

All times listed in Eastern Time.

Sessions will be held simultaneously in French.

Every small business goes through peaks and valleys during the journey of their development. Over the past few months, as every small business has faced unique experiences, they have learned valuable lessons that helped them move forward. There is no better way to learn than from one another.

In this customer-focused event, you will hear from your peers; other small businesses from across Canada, who will share their experiences on how they have adapted their business, elevated their brand, and overcome challenges. These businesses are some of our Small Business Tales of Triumph contest finalists, who like you, are working tirelessly to build and grow their small businesses. The panel discussions will enable you to hear their story, ask questions, and gain first-hand knowledge from those who have experienced it.

Whether your business is brick & mortar or digitally rooted, you are part of people’s day-to-day lives. We want you to walk away feeling enlightened, supported, and part of a rich community of Canadian small businesses.
