The event is hosted in a virtual environment which allows attendees to view sessions and participate in sessions all from the comfort of your own home! To join event sessions, please login here

To join a live session, please ensure you register as an attendee. Click here to register.

If you are already registered, ensure that you are signed into your profile. Once you are signed in, you will have access to the sessions by clicking on the series name then the session name in the navigation pane at the top of the page.

The password is case sensitive, please make sure you have caps lock on/off where necessary. Follow the steps for Forgot Password. If you have done this and the password is still not working, email canadapost.postescanada@proofexperiences.com and we will reset the password for you.

We encourage you to connect with attendees at the event! In the navigation pane, click Meetings. You will be given the option to see the Registrant Directory. Use the search tools to find the person you are looking for or to browse the attendee list. On the right-hand side, you will see a button that says Request Meeting. Click this button to book a meeting with this person and check their availability. You can set a meeting title and description of what you would like to discuss. A link will be provided for you to have a one-on-one video chat with this person. Meetings can be accepted or declined.

Want to connect with a representative from Canada Post? Simply search for Canada Post in the company section of the search tool and request a meeting.

During the event, you can engage with the session through Slido by submitting questions and participating in polls and surveys. You can participate through the event main session page or your mobile phone on the Slido mobile app.

We encourage you to engage with exhibitors at the event! In the navigation pane, click Exhibitors. You will be given the option to see all participating exhibitors. Click on the exhibitor logo to learn more about them and connect with them via chat or video.

We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice. If you are still having issues, please check your internet connection. Moving your computer closer to the wireless internet router or plugging an ethernet cable directly into your computer from the router can improve your internet connection. We recommend you close other browsers, log off VPN and be mindful of how many other devices are connected to the same internet connection within your space.
